Summary: Ramish.io transforms your relational data into a geometric knowledge engine powered by quaternion embeddings. By using our service, you agree to these terms. We respect your data and your rights. You own your data and any output files we generate from it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ramish.io ("Service"), operated by A.I. Sciences LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ramish.io is a geometric knowledge engine that transforms relational databases into 4D quaternion embeddings for structural verification, inference, and drift detection. The Service:

Accepts uploaded data files (SQLite, CSV) and detects schema automatically
Transforms relational data into geometric representations where every relationship is a rotation in 4D space
Generates audit reports with trust scores, risk assessments, and identification of structurally inconsistent edges
Produces geometric baseline keys (.rkey files) for temporal comparison
Offers downloadable .ramish engine files for Pro tier users, enabling local execution, drift detection, and frozen-key inference

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Upload only data you own or have authorization to analyze
Not upload data containing personal information of others without proper consent or legal basis
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack the Service
Not use the Service to process data in violation of applicable laws or regulations
Use the Service for lawful purposes only

4. Data Handling

Your data privacy is fundamental to our design:

Free Tier: Uploaded files are processed in isolated environments and deleted within 24 hours. You receive audit reports and geometric baseline keys (.rkey files).
Pro Tier: You receive your .ramish engine file for unlimited local use. Source data is not retained after processing.
We do not sell, share, or use your data for training purposes
We do not log or monitor queries you run against your local .ramish files

5. Output Files and Ownership

You retain all rights to your uploaded data and to the content represented within any output files (.ramish engine files, .rkey baseline keys, audit reports) generated from your data. These output files are yours to use, store, distribute, or integrate as you see fit.

We retain rights to the Ramish software, algorithms, methodology, file format specifications (.ramish and .rkey formats), website design, and underlying quaternion embedding technology.

6. Service Limitations

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding:

The accuracy or completeness of audit results, trust scores, or inference outputs
Continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
Suitability for any particular purpose
Compression ratios, which vary based on data size, schema complexity, and graph density

Audit reports and trust scores are informational tools derived from geometric analysis. Low-support edges indicate structural inconsistency within the embedding space, not necessarily factual errors. Drift detection identifies geometric changes between audits, not the cause or significance of those changes. Always apply human judgment to results.

7. Payment Terms (Pro Tier)

Pro tier purchases are available as one-time payments of $49 per dataset analysis, or $199/month subscription for active projects. Payments are processed through our payment provider and are non-refundable once processing has begun. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A.I. Sciences LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on audit results, trust scores, or inference outputs.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Any .ramish or .rkey files you have already downloaded remain yours regardless of account status.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Teller County, Colorado.
